Texture Magic is a polyester fabric that when steamed shrinks 30% in each direction!
Make this wonderful tote bag, sunglass case and small purse.
The large Tote bag has wadding placed between the main fabric and the Texture Magic. I stipple quilted from the main fabric side and then from the Texture Magic side I steamed the work making sure that the Texture Magic did not come in contact with the iron.
It is so much fun watching the work shrink in front of your eyes. You will find that the Texture Magic will not shrink as much when you use wadding as when you only use the Texture Magic and your fabric. You will get different effects using different types of waddings too.
